Should there be any rubbish, please ensure to dispose of it outside of the bookstore. If there is rubbish or messiness around the bookstore due to negligence or disorganization, a cleaning penalty of $150 will be added to your bill

Please be advised that our establishment is equipped with 24-hour CCTV surveillance to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that is inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of local laws. Individuals engaging in such conduct, especially those disrespecting our establishment or its patrons, will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities without hesitation or prior warning. Your cooperation in maintaining a positive atmosphere is appreciated.

What are the minimum and maximum booking durations?
Minimum booking: 2 hours.
Maximum booking: 4 hours.
What is the venue capacity?
The capacity is up to 15 - 20 people, depending on the layout and the setup of your event.
Can I bring my own food?
We do not recommend bringing outside food. A penalty fee of $50 will apply if outside food is brought. However, birthday cakes are permitted.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer via BIBD, Baiduri and TAIB.
Could I request to do something crafty in the bookstore while I have my event?
Absolutely! You can book our crafting services here
Can I cancel my booking and request for refund?
We do not offer refunds or transfers for your event bookings. However, you can reschedule your event within 3 months of the original booking date.
Will there be time adjustments if my guests or I arrive late?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer time adjustments for late arrivals, as we need to respect subsequent bookings.
Are there extra charges for overstaying?
Yes, there will be extra charges for overstaying:
* After 15 minutes: $30
* After 30 minutes: $40
* After 1 hour: $50
