No, we require a strict 100% full payment upfront via bank transfer (BIBD or Baiduri) before we can secure your books. Orders will not be added to our purchasing batch until payment is verified on our website. 

The $5.00 BND logistics fee applies to every single book individually. Because each book occupies specific weight and volume allowance with our overland border runner, we cannot bundle or discount logistics fees.

Our standard Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is 2 to 3 weeks from our batch closing dates. Please note that this timeline is an estimate and may occasionally shift due to Malaysian/Bruneian public holidays, warehouse processing speeds, or border customs clearance.

By using our pre-order service, you agree to our transit damage waiver. Because we route shipments through a specialized local runner network to keep your logistics fees as low as possible, minor shelf-wear or cosmetic transit dings can occasionally happen. Our bookstore is not liable for minor cosmetic or structural damages incurred during transit from KL to Brunei, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for transit wear.

No. Once your payment is verified and your book is secured in our Kinokuniya purchasing batch, all sales are strictly final. No cancellations, swaps, or refunds are permitted.
