1. Does the package include food and drinks?
No, food and drinks are not included in the package.
2. Is there any minimum age requirement?
There is no minimum age. However, children aged 5 years old and below must be accompanied by a guardian.
3. How long is the storytelling party duration?
The storytelling party runs for 1 hour 30 minutes.
4. Can we extend the duration of the party?
Yes, additional time can be arranged at a rate of $50 per hour.
5. How early will the team arrive for setup?
Our team will arrive 1 hour before the event to prepare and set up.
6. Do we need to make full payment?
Yes, full payment is required with a deposit of $100. The deposit will be refunded after the event, provided there are no damages to the supplies we provide.
7. What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling is allowed depending on availability. However, cancellations are not refundable.
