Is there a limit to how long I can browse?

There is no time limit. Feel free to take your time browsing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, BIBD bank transfers, Baiduri bank transfers, and TAIB bank transfers.

Are the books available for purchase?

Yes, they are. Feel free to browse through.

What is the price range of your books?

Our books are priced at $5, $10, $15, $20, $25, and $30. This pricing structure makes it easier to identify the price. Additionally, each book's spine is color-coded.

Do you sell new or used books?

We sell both new and used books.

Can I bring my own books to read?

What is your return policy on books?

Returns and exchanges are accepted if we have ordered or delivered the wrong book. However, we do not accept returns for other reasons.

Do you host any events, like book signings or readings?

What are your bistro opening hours?

Tuesday to Thurs: 10 AM - 12 PM | 2 PM - 5 PM | 7 PM - 9 PM
Friday: 10 AM - 12 PM | 3 PM - 9 PM
Saturday to Sunday | 3 PM - 9 PM
Disclaimer: The bistro is closed during lunchtime (12 PM - 2 PM) and after work hours (5 PM - 7 PM). We're a two-person team managing both the bookstore and bistro. As parents, our children (especially during school-runs) are our top priority.

Is there a time limit for dining in the bistro?

While there is no strict time limit, we kindly ask that you be mindful of your dining time, especially during busy periods. As we have limited seating and often have customers with prior reservations, we appreciate your consideration in respecting these bookings

Why is prepayment required for certain orders?

Prepayment is required for certain orders to allow us to source fresh ingredients and make necessary preparations in advance of your booking. This ensures the availability and quality of your meal.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please inform us of any cancellations at least two days prior to your reservation. Cancellations made on the day of your booking will not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and preparations will have already been made.
