What is the hourly rental rate for the space?
$30 per hour. Enjoy a discounted rate of $25 per hour for bookings exceeding 2 hours.
What is the maximum capacity for a workshop or class?
We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 participants per session.
What times are available for rental?
Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Is there a minimum rental duration?
Yes, the minimum rental period is 2 hours.
Can we rent outside of regular hours?
Yes, subject to prior arrangement. Please contact us with your preferred timings.
What's included in the rental fee?
For bookings up to 2 hours: $30 per hour.
For bookings over 2 hours: $25 per hour.
The rental fee includes access to Wi-Fi, projector, projector screen, TV box, and TV.
Is there a cleaning fee?
A cleaning fee of $150 will only be applied if the space is left in a messy condition.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
While we do not offer refunds, your booking is transferable to other services within our offerings. Please see here for details. You can reschedule your booking within a 3-month period.
Can we rearrange the furniture?
Yes, furniture can be rearranged. Please inform us of your requirements beforehand.
Can we bring our own equipment?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own equipment. Kindly inform us of your needs in advance.
Is food and beverage service available?

Do renters and students get a discount on food?
Yes, enjoy up to a 10% discount on dine-in meals for renters and their students.
Can we pre-order food and drinks?
Absolutely! Please inquire about our menu and pre-order arrangements for your group.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
No outside food or drinks are permitted. A penalty fee of $50 will apply.

When is payment due?
Full payment is required to secure your booking slot.
