Please be advised that our establishment is equipped with 24-hour CCTV surveillance to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that is inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of local laws. Individuals engaging in such conduct, especially those disrespecting our establishment or its patrons, will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities without hesitation or prior warning. A cleaning fee of $150 will only be applied if the space is left in a messy condition.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
While we do not offer refunds, your booking is transferable to other services within our offerings. Please see here for details. You can reschedule your booking within a 3-month period.
Can we rearrange the furniture?
Yes, furniture can be rearranged. Please inform us of your requirements beforehand.
Can we bring our own equipment?
