1. How long does the package last?
The package is valid for 2 hours from your reservation time.
2. What does the complimentary camera rental include?
The camera rental allows you to take photos during your session. Guests are responsible for transferring the photos to their own devices within the session time.
3. What happens if we arrive late?
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, as the package is based on your original booking slot.
4. What does it mean by add-on "private event rental"?
The additional $100 will ensure the whole bookstore is exclusively yours.
5. Can I bring more than two people?
Yes, additional guests are welcome. However, extra food and drinks must be ordered separately from our bistro menu.
6. Can I order items outside of the package?
Yes, you may order additional items from our à la carte menu. These will be charged separately from the package.
7. Can I order on the spot?
Pre-orders are highly encouraged to ensure availability and smooth service.
