What kind of camera is available for rent?
We offer a Canon G7X PowerShot Mark III for rent. It's a great choice for high-quality photos and videos.
How much does it cost to rent the camera?
The rental fee is $10 per hour.
How does the booking process work?
Rentals are available on a first-payment, first-book basis. This means the camera is reserved for the first person to pay for their desired time slot.
Can I take the camera outside of the bookstore?
No. The camera is for use within our bookstore premises only. This allows us to ensure its safety and availability for other customers.
How do I pay for the rental?
Payment can be made on our website. We accept BIBD/Baiduri/TAIB.
Is the camera rental tied to a creative session (painting, scrapbooking, etc.)?
We highly recommend that you rent the camera alongside one of our creative crafting activities (painting, scrapbooking, etc.). This ensures you have a dedicated space and time to capture your creative process and memories. Please see the link here to view our available bundle options.
Can I rent the camera alone without booking any other service?
Yes, but for standalone camera rentals (without a creative activity), we require a full two-hour rental which includes booking the entire bookstore space. This option gives you the whole venue exclusively for two hours to take photos and create memories!
When can I use the camera if I book it with a crafting session?
Your camera rental is scheduled to run concurrently with your crafting session. This allows you to capture your creative process and the memories you make while you paint, scrapbook, or color.
What if I want to use the camera after my creative session is finished?
If you wish to use the camera after your creative session time is over, you would need to book the exclusive two-hour bookstore rental mentioned above. Otherwise, the camera must be returned at the end of your scheduled crafting session.
What's included with the camera rental?
Your rental includes the camera itself, a fully charged battery, and an SD card.
How do I transfer my photos and videos?
You can transfer your files to your phone or another device using the camera's built-in Wi-Fi feature. We can show you how to do this if you need assistance.
What happens if I'm late to return the camera?
If you return the camera late, an additional hourly fee will be charged. Please be considerate of other customers who may have booked the camera after you.
What if the camera gets damaged while I'm using it?
The customer is responsible for any damage incurred during their rental period. We'll do a quick check of the camera before and after your rental.
