While the event includes "Bookish Speed Dating" and is perfect for singles, all book lovers and romantics are welcome! Feel free to come with a friend or partner to enjoy the atmosphere and activities.

It is a structured activity where you have short, timed conversations (typically 5-7 minutes) with several attendees. All of the conversation prompts will be related to books, favorite literary characters, and romance tropes to keep the chats fun and focused.

We encourage you to bring your current favorite book (or a book that defines your favorite romantic trope) to use as an icebreaker! Otherwise, just bring an open mind and comfortable shoes for mingling. 

Absolutely! We encourage browsing. The event will end at 9:30 PM, allowing time for post-event mingling and shopping if the bookstore remains open afterward.

There is no strict dress code, but we suggest Smart Casual. Feel free to dress comfortably while still looking nice for a night out—think "first date" vibes!
